My son Abdullah siddique student of utm mechatronics engineering whose status was 85% but suddenly it is 80% today due to his personal bond but he has deposited personal bond money 750 ringlit along with others fees which has colected by UTM. both papers are uploaded.
pls claryfy by EMGS and UTM. View

I there need for personal bond for someone that want to apply for VAL? Pls clarify
Ur son problem not clear father .. please more explain ur son situation?
Personal Bond is needed by Immigration in order to give the student pass. Once you pay to the Uni, they need to get a Personal Bond form (which is the document that goes to Immigration to show that you’ve paid). If the uni has not prepared the personal Bond or they prepared it incorrectly, then Immigration will not issue a student pass.
