Dear Sir/Madam,

my name is Abrar Ayeman and my passport number is A11392958
my application process had reached 35% since April 30th and it’s stated that the documents was checking by the immigration. Could you please provide me the information of how long does it takes until I can apply for the next step? Or may I know if there are any documents I should correct? My program starts on 15 July , and I would greatly appreciate if you could fasten my visa processing. thank you for you help and assistance on this matter.

  Hi, Abrar Ayeman.
  Kindly be informed that Immigration will take approximately 7-10 working days from the date we submitted your document to Immigration which is from 30 April 2024. However, the application is still pending with the Immigration Department for VAL approval. We understand that the process has taken longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter.
