I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request an update on my student pass application, as it is still at 15%, while my friend, who applied at the same time, has already started the second semester.
I am particularly concerned because my flight is scheduled for the 31st of this month, and I need my application to be processed as soon as possible to avoid any travel issues. I kindly ask if there is any way to expedite the process or if additional documents are required to speed up the approval.
