    I have submitted my Passport (B00239781) for ‘New Pass Endorsement’ to ‘UPM’ since March 23rd. Since then, there is no progress.

      Approval from emgs usually required to register your course, it indicates your papers are complete to be sent to immigration for the final stage of eval

      Just put your eval in the first one and forget about the second one.
      Is not for students the second one
