Dear emgs my school is refusing to give me my transcript,attendance and release letter its almost 3 weeks now I have been begging them to give me my documents but they are refusing were can I go and report this issue because I want to transfer

My school is charging me RM1000 to cancel my visa i just want to ask if it the rightful amount charged by EMGS because I think it’s a bit too much they are saying if I dnt pay i can’t cancel my visa
