I also recieved the same notification earlier and my VAL got rejected. Then I paid the additional fee so EMGS regenerated my documents again.

This is quite new notification to us..so its better to weite at:
enquiry(AT)emgs.com.my for further details..They can give the specific answer..they r also prompt to reply..-
I sent email to them in morning. Lets see what they replies

Same thing happened with me..all the new applications fir the month of dec have been cancelled.this was the msg that was sent to me by emgs
