Hi Abdullah,
Applicants can remain in Malaysia during the process of changing institutions. The approval to allow you to remain in Malaysia is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. However, applicants who are downgrading their course levels or changing from a Language Centre to a private or public institution are required to exit the country.
