Hello Emgs is there any problem with emgs or immigration department? What is the point of holding a file at 50% for 23 days we deserve a clear explanation my file was submitted on August if its not possible to process i want my emgs fees refund its not acceptable to wait 5 months just to get Val where as others are getting in a month. Either i want my Val by tomorrow or cancel my application and refund me my amount its absolutely not acceptable at this point

  Hi Abdul Kader,
  
  Kindly be informed that your document has been submitted to Immigration for the eVAL appeal on 10th December 2024 and there is not exact time frame for the VAL appeal. The approval of eVAL is solely at the discretion of the immigration department. We will notify you once the VAL is approved by Immigration.
  
  We understand that the process has taken longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter.
