    My VAL rejected after I completed two sem of post graduate course. I was unable to achieve CGPA above 3 points and was dismissed and given a fresh offer. This offer supposed I have to register this running sem but due to Val rejection I have differed. From September 6, I am still struggling to fix this rejection. Any idea.
