Its quite hard process. You have to get an offer letter from any institution you want and then start new VAL process as previous.

No I’m not rejected. I’ve sent all my documents to my uni on 15 December and they told me they already applied for my visa but till now when I check my application status it shows NO RECORD FOUND.

Hello,
I’ve asked them about my application tracking number but they told me that they already applied before 2 weeks and still my application doesn’t show any record. They said tracking number issued when my application is created in your system. I still found NO RECORD FOUND message when I check my application status.
