Dear Officer, My name is Masinta, Passport no X4849987. The emgs asked to upload additional documents which was later uploaded by institution and the issue shows ‘Closed’ but my tracker is still yellow at 15% showing ‘Pending Documents’. Could you please ask the validation team to manually refresh my status to Green?. Tq View
