It does. Once you are clear in each scope. Some if mine took one day, other paper took half day also i remained 1 entire month without updating till i callllllllllled them and emaillllllllled them over and over.that is what i would to say to to u
I also stucked at 15%. First because of photo (already cleared) and now because of certificates. I email the additional documents to emgs by myself.

The document should be submitted within a stipulated time frame. If the application closed due to the non submission of additional documents, the Institution is requires to submit an appeal letter along with additional documents to reopen the application.
