Hi Abdul,
The Institution may submit the passport with a valid pass for the student pass endorsement process. Kindly ensure to have atleast 5 working days of valid pass for the submission of the passport. You are not required to apply for a special pass if the student pass is expire during the passport with the Immigration Department.
