My EVAL is approved and ready. My orientation starts in January, my institution has stated it might be a problem if I arrive in Malaysia on 27/11, but I have no country that I am allowed to stay in and cannot go to any other country. University Tenaga Nasional, and yes I have explained to them I have no where to go and financially difficult to go anywhere in general.

My stay permit for indonesia ends in 29 November and I already have a return ticket on the 27th, so I need to use it to come back on that date

Hi Abdo Bayouk,
You may enter Malaysia after your eVAL is approved. Upon your arrival, you are advised to continue the process until the student pass is endorsed which means your student pass may be endorsed early than expected. As such, you may discuss this matter with the institute for further clarification.

I have noticed that I need to register for MDAC before arriving in Malaysia. To do this, do I have to go to the embassy of Malaysia in the country I’m in or can it be done purely online.Second inquiry, I’m going to arrive in Malaysia on the 27th of November. 1. It is best you wait until you get to Kuala Lumpur International Airport and fill the MDAC.
2. You will need to print MDAC when you are submitting documents for Student Pass.
3. You have to find out if Palestinians require visa to Malaysia. If they don’t, then you may land at KLIA, fill the MDAC, visit the health officials at arrival hall…[Read more]

Thank you sir, also I read in my eval document that there is a “pre entry form” that I need to fill out. I tried to access the pre entry checklist from EMGS app but it denied access for me. Is there a different way I can access this form before travelling?

I would like to inquire about my EVAL/visa application that has been on 15% since 6 november and the status is stuck to “document checking in progress”.I am currently in Indonesia and my stay permit is until 29 November so I need my visa to be finalised before that date. As checked, we have submitted your application to Immigration on 12 November 2024 for VAL approval. This process takes approximately 7-10 working days, however, the approval rests solely at the discretion of Immigration. Any updates will be notified to the institution.
