@EMGS today is almost 11 day’s after submitting my eVAL application through school but it’s still 7% and the closing date of registration is on 19 can i pls know the reason behind the delay so that i can channel the next line of action

Hi Jon,
We will proceed to submit your application to the Immigration Department for approval once we receive the required documents. The approval for VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
Please note the progress of your application will be changed to 70% once the VAL is approved.

@abdirahman_32 Since you are changing from Language Centre to private institution, you are required to apply for a new application. Kindly note that you need to exit Malaysia and wait for the VAL whilst in your home country. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Also what about public universities do I still need to Exit malaysia as you know there is travel restrictions.

@abdirahman_32 Applicants changing from Language Centre to any institution type are required to exit Malaysia. The application type will be new and not progression.
