Hi emgs officer.

I am student in bahasa dahlia and I would like to transfer to university besides my visa will expire on 14 of novermber and im gona exit the countary on 22 of october so can I start my application before I leave.

  It is advisable that you submit the application after you have exited Malaysia, as your exit stamp will be required.
