First of all, is it eval extension or new EVAL. If new Eval is rejected then your institution only able to apply once they get the reason (why Immigration Department reject) . Beside this , there have no stipulated time frame for eval approval once it will reappeal.

Please note that the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. However, we understand that you are enquiring on the rejection reason. kindly request your institution to send us an email requesting for the rejection reason. @abdirahman_32 Applicants changing from Language Centre to any institution type are required to exit Malaysia. The application type will be new and not progression.

@abdirahman_32 Since you are changing from Language Centre to private institution, you are required to apply for a new application. Kindly note that you need to exit Malaysia and wait for the VAL whilst in your home country. The approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

In progression visa do I need to Exit the countary.

Also what about public universities do I still need to Exit malaysia as you know there is travel restrictions.

Currently Iam in PUSAT BAHASA DAHLIA and I am going to transfer to CITY university.
