If someone had to stay a bit more time after special pass expired because his tourist visa in the new destination still in process, what is the consequences ? The overstay will be short time. View

Kindly be informed that you need to have a valid pass to stay in Malaysia. If the visa has been expired, you will be overstayed in Malaysia. As such, you need to clear the overstay before exit from Malaysia.
