Your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further details on the status of your passport.

What will happend? Read what is the purpose of special pass above and you will know the answer and why you dont apply for special pass since your institution told too and now the EMGS reject because of it

What is the cause of rejection that your institution told you? May i know it ?

Less than 10 days, but it was lockdown and my institution was close.

Special is to extend your stay legally for one month and i believe that your institution will advice you to apply before one week of expiration

What will happen if my visa expire and i didn’t apply special pass?

Please note that if your passport was rejected, a reason will be provided to your institution. Hence, kindly liaise with your institution for further clarification.

Hi Abdelrahman Rashad,
Kindly be informed that you need to have a valid pass to stay in Malaysia. If the visa has been expired, you will be overstayed in Malaysia. As such, you need to clear the overstay before exit from Malaysia.
