If it was still 15% from November please give Emgs a call. Ask them what additional documents they need. Or maybe your institution has not submitted to emgs yet. Just give them a call cos email its taking 24 hours reply and sometimes its bot automatic reply.

Yes, but I send the document that is missing is the progression to resume normally, since November the application is at 15%
