Hello EMGS.. I submitted an online visa renewal application to my school almost 4weeks ago but I was supposed to submit the renewal application on 17th of July but my passport was to expire in January 2021 so I have to apply for a new one 6months before expiry date. So I got my new passport a week later than when I was supposed to submit my visa application. I explained to my school and they ask me to submit or the requirements for online application which I did and now I can’t check my application process on EMGS app cos it still has my old passport number, I tried the new passport number but nothing showed. Pls I need some assistance because my current visa will expire 16th of October.

  If you are unable to track the application, we advise that you refer to your institution directly. Kindly request for the application number from your institution, if they advise that the application has been submitted. Upon receipt of the application number, you can drop us an email on enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and we will check your application status.
