Print the val and take it with your passport to any Malaysian embassy near your home town or

There is no Malaysian embassy in Somalia, thus you can get your visa on arrival, just book a ticket.

Congratulations on the approval of your application. Applicants from Somalia do not require the SEV to enter Malaysia. As such, you can proceed to arrange for your travel to Malaysia. You are required to download and print the VAL, as you will be required to present the VAL upon entry into Malaysia.
