Previously I applied for 2 year visa approval but got only one year approved. I had paid for 2 year as far as I remember. Could you please confirm and refund if there are any extra payments? Passport is V5458761, extra payment was done during new student visa. Right now, my renewal is processing. View

Kindly be informed that the student may submit a refund request via the online form that is available in the Education Malaysia website. Students must log in to their account with their registered credentials to view the online refund form.
