Dear EMGS team,
My application process seems to be stuck at 70% since it shows ‘pending verification’ after I submitted my travel documents (SEV and Flight Departure ticket and some other details).This has remained so since the the last week. Kindly look into the matter because I will be flying to Malaysia form my home country as soon as tomorrow i.e 16th Sept 2025.
