Hi. I had skipped the ISAC check in step as well and directly went to the immigration officer. I contacted them afterwards explaining this and they asked for some docs online and then entered my name into their system.

Dear EMGS,
I had my medical check up done yesterday and I am about to handover my passport to the university today. But the application status is still at 70%. I need it to be at 80% before the submission. Please expedite this process as soon as possible

Kindly be informed that your medical screening is in progress. Once we have received the result, we will notify the institution to submit the passport at EMGS.
