Respected Officer, I am currently cancelling my Master Visa to pursue for a new PhD Visa. i have submitted my passport to UPM (where I took my Master), i have received my offer letter to PhD from IIUM and the enrollment date is on march 17. I will have my passport back before 28th February. Is it possible to apply for E-Val while waiting for the cancellation of my Master Visa? Must I wait for it to be cancelled? And can I apply eval while being in Malaysia, since I an currently waiting for my passport? Please guide me on this so I can sit for my class on time.

  Hi Aaliah Rafee,
  It is advisable to apply for an eVAL application for a PhD Visa after the cancellation of your Master Visa. This is to avoid complications for your application in the future. We also recommend you apply after you exit from Malaysia.
