It is advisable to apply for an eVAL application for a PhD Visa after the cancellation of your Master Visa. This is to avoid complications for your application in the future. We also recommend you apply after you exit from Malaysia.

Mine, it only takes 9 working days. I applied on 10 January and my TA has been issued on 20 January

You cannot predict a timeline. It could last for 15 to 30 days depending on timely submission of any document.

TA is not compulsory now they stoped

Request the cancelation of the previous travel authorisation then apply for a new one.
