Good afternoon officer
I would be most grateful if you could help me…
My passport number: ED2708402
Actually my university was really slowly about student visa or anything work…
I believe the EMGS or immigration still keep efficiency…such as my renewal application first part I went to the international office 12 times then submitted my application….
However the Emgs just 12 working day finished job…
Now the state stop 90% shows that the university have to do something…ok. I send Email to the international offices 4 times but no one reply me…
So if possible, could you send the email to my intuition to do my things…..
I’m really sorry for this massage because I have no way… if I go to the international office they just say wait wait wait….I have been waiting 2 months………

  Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
