Dear EMGS,
Sir/Madam please help me with SEV system problem. My passport number is M558A4083 , and received 70% of EMGS. However, the big problem is that SEV system WON’T ACCEPT MY PASSPORT FRONTPAGE PHOTO.

The pop-up message from the website reads: “please upload passport photo”, no matter how many times I try, upload the right jpg, resize the photo, ask questions to chatbot in SEV website, or log out and make a new application of SEV.

Sir/Madam I really need your help to solve this problem. This exchange student is a chance I’ve been earning for and I want to catch up everything in the right schedule with my university.

  Kindly be informed that you are required to liaise directly with the eVISA department regarding this issue, as they are in the best position to advise you accordingly.
