I noticed that my VAL application has been stuck at 35% for a week. As my studies are scheduled to begin on November 3rd, I am very concerned about the delay.

Hi,
Kindly be informed that your application for Visa Approval Letter (VAL) has been submitted to the Immigration Department on 10th October 2025. They will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. We will notify once the VAL is approved by Immigration.
