Dear Sir/Madam

My name is Ziqi Yan and my passport number is Ek0359655. I have ordered the flight on 3rd Oct and terms will begin on October 9，however, my EMGS process was still on 35% from 4th Sept. and did not receive the EVAL until now. May I ask to help urge the immigrate office to deal with it to ensure I can arrive school in time.
