With great respect, I would like to request you to expedite the visa approval process. I need to get this document as soon as possible to obtain SEV. I am from Turkmenistan, I need to return to Malaysia as soon as possible to wait for the intake to start. I cannot stay in my home country for a long time. I hope for your help in speeding up the receipt of VAL.

  Kindly be informed that your application was pending for submission of additional document from institution. Kindly note, the applicant’s photo in the copy of the passport is not clear. We are unable to verify the applicant’s photo. As such, the institute is required to submit a clear copy of the applicant’s passport page that contains the photo. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
