They don’t issue student pass for anyone inside the country, only the renewal-
I am in Singapore now, but my emgs entry country is China, so I don’t have evisa now. what can i do now

The student must ensure to enter Malaysia with a valid VAL and SEV from the home country. However, you are not recommended to enter Malaysia on a tourist pass.

In our home country Afghanistan, we don’t have Malaysia consular or embassy. Can We travel only with eVal and receive SEV at the airport?
