hello my name is xie Zheng my passport number is EM0981793 my application number is #########.My process is 32% but has been stalled more than 8 days . The message is submitting student pass application for approval. I would greatly appreciate your efforts to expedite the renewal process.I am anxious for waiting.Thank a lot
