Dear sir/madam, i’m Yuan Qing. Cuerently i’m applying the digital id, but my oicutre was not uploaded successfully.
May i knkw how to solve this problem? Thank you for your help.

  I am experiencing the same issue/problem. Appreciate help to solve this as I can’t proceed to complete my Pre-Depature form.
