My name is Tang Qianqian, Passport No. EL3708931. I am applying to convert my Master’s student pass to PhD student pass at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM).
My application has already been submitted to EMGS by USM IMCC.
I am writing to kindly request your urgent assistance to expedite the processing of my application. My current student pass is expiring very soon. Meanwhile, my 1 year and 8 months old daughter’s dependent pass will also expire on 2nd November 2026.
Could you please advise when my application will reach 80% progress? We are in a tight timeline, so your help to prioritise this case would be highly appreciated.
Please advise if any additional documents or actions are required from my side.
