Dear EMGS officer,

My name is Zhang Xu, with the passport number EJ7060268. My current visa application has been stucked at 30% from 30th 1Jan. According to the system, there’s an old EVAL that needs to be canceled, and the institution is required to revert to EMGS with supporting documents showing that the earlier application has been cancelled.

I have contacted the school visa center again and again, and they still assured me that they have submitted the relevant documents to the immigration department.
I would like to know if you can see whether they have provided the necessary materials or if the materials were insufficient and need to be resubmitted by UPM to EMGS for another attempt at canceling the EVAL.

Specifically, I would like to know now
if UPM needs to provide my passport, EMGS order number, and reasons for cancellation to EMGS,
or if they should continue to submit materials to the immigration department instead.
(In this situation ,Perhaps UPM did not see the reply from the immigration department’s email.)
