Dear EMGS team. My passport number is EJ1797943
I submitted my documents for visa renewal to the school at 13th January, but untill now it’s still no record of my renewal process on EMGS app.
I’m anxious about this situation cause I need to book plane tickets to go back to China for doctor appointment in one month.
I want to know ,have my renewal process begun? Did the school send my documents?

  Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the renewal application from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
