I have downloaded and signed up for EMGS Hub, but it is still the same problem.

My name is LIU YIJIA,and my passport number is EK 8055721. I am a mobile student from China. I want to know why this information came out when I checked my insurance card. I don’t know what went wrong. But I’m sure I paid for the insurance initially.

  Kindly be informed that you are required to download EMGS latest mobile apps (EMGS HUB) in the respective App Store (Google / Apple or Huawei stores). Once download the EMGS HUB, you are required to register before log in to EMGS mobile apps.
