Dear emgs officer, my name is Xie Fengyang, my passport number is EK7926638, my process has reached 90%, I have submitted my passport to imcc, but it has been more than ten days, there is no progress, I would like to ask what is the problem?

My name is Xie Fengyang . At around noon on January 6, I planned to renew my student visa at imcc, but I accidentally transferred 130 ringgit which should have been given to imcc to your account. I would like to ask how to return the 130 ringgit.
