Dear officer, my EMGS reached 90% on November 7th, and my passport has been handed over to the immigration bureau. I would like to ask whether I can reach 100% before Nov. 20. I have bought the air ticket and i am in a hurry. Could you please give me the contact information of the immigration office? Thank you very much!!
