Dear EMGS officer, my passport number is EJ3967315. My progress shows that 30% is yellow, but I got a notice that I need to cancel my val in UM before I can continue to register USM. UM told me that I submitted my application on October 6th, and now I have been stuck in 30% for almost a month. I hope you can help me deal with it as soon as possible, because I have not registered yet. I am also about to miss the final registration deadline. During this period, I feel anxious every day, because I am very eager to enter the school. I hope you can help me, thank you.🙏🙏🙏

  As per checking, we have received the VAL cancellation application from your Institution. However, once the VAL cancellation application is approved by the Immigration Department, we will resume the current application process.
