My name is Hu Shanheng.l am a new student of the Universiti Sains Malaysia.My major is Professional Management and my passport number is EJ7201494.My application number is E#########.I’m sorry to bother you but it has been more than 12 working days since my documents were submitted, the emgs progress is still 35%.

Could you please help me with that?
