Depends from person to person but the usual range is about 7 days to a month. I got to 70% within 3 weeks.

Hello there.
In the beginning it goes 5 % from there it jumps to 15% afterward it steps till 35 and from there floes up to 70% which allows u for EVAL, Rest when u submit the passport indoor -

Mistake in Eval means immigration’s fault thus i advise u to reach out EMGS explauning the issue -

You have to send payment proof which is bank statement
No way that your application reach 15% without detecting your payment. The application once it is submitted will start with 5% then when the payment is recognized it will jumb to 15%.
