Hello guys,
I received a letter today that EMGS is waiting for payment. (I will attach the letter below).

“1) Please note that your application is on hold due to pending payment of the topup application (######### ). We will resume processing your application on the payment of topup application is complete.”

But I paid a month ago 26.01.2023 received my payment. And now nothing is showing on the website, only 15% and green. Who has the same problem?

  You have to send payment proof which is bank statement

  No way that your application reach 15% without detecting your payment. The application once it is submitted will start with 5% then when the payment is recognized it will jumb to 15%.
