In the beginning it goes 5 % from there it jumps to 15% afterward it steps till 35 and from there floes up to 70% which allows u for EVAL, Rest when u submit the passport indoor

Once your application reached 35%, your documents will be prepared for submission to the Immigration Department. However, as a next step, the documents will be submitted to the Immigration Department for VAL approval. Be informed that, there is no stipulated time frame for the VAL approval and the approval is solely at the discretion of Immigration Department.
