Hello, my passport number is ej4100679. I would like to ask, I submitted my passport renewal application on April 10th. When will it be 100%?

  Kindly be informed that your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

Dear emgs officer， good afternoon. I am Xu Chao, an international student from China. My passport number is EJ4100679. My renewal progress is 90% for a month. I have urgent matters and need to return to China. Could you tell me how long it will take? to 100%, thank you very much

  Hi,
  
  Please be informed that this is self endorsement application. Kindly note that we have submit the document to Immigration since of 19 March 2024. Kindly liaise with institution for further clarification as institution is required to submit the passport directly to the state of Immigration for renewal of student pass.
