Hello Emgs, I am still on 90% now even if it’s been 14 work days since I reached 90％, and I have booked the flight to Vietnam, so I have to receive my passport before Oct 30.Please kindly process my application asap, thank you so much.

  Please take my request into consideration,my friend has already reached to 100% and she is now allowed to receive her passport, but I am still in my 90%, I am now worried about my flight. Thank you so much.

  Hi,
  Kindly be informed that we are waiting for Immigration to return your passport to EMGS as the student pass was issued by them on 25 October 2024. Allow them some time to return the passport. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
