hello. I’ve been working in Malaysia for 4 years and now i resigned the company and my working visa will be expired around mid August. I’m planning to apply for a further study in Malaysia. With all the valid documents obtained from the university, will I be able to receive a student visa and continue to stay in Malaysia or I must go out of the country first and only after MCO is lifted, I can come back?

  Applicants changing from Employment Pass to Student Pass are required to refer to the Immigration Department directly for details as to whether they are required to exit or not.
