Dear officer: my full name:CHANG NA, my passport:EM8337924. I have submitted the visa renewal application and paid the fee. But the status has been 0% since January 2 without any update for ten days. Would you please check whether the documents has been submitted to the EMGS, why is it stuck so long. Please push forward the progress. Thank you so much for your help.

  Kindly be informed that we are yet to receive the proof of payment from the institution. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to submit at EMGS in order for us to process accordingly.
